The Housing Authority is pleased to provide one-time discount to leaseholders on outstanding
ground rent effective from 02 January 2022. The discount will conclude on 30 April 2022 and
is offered as follows:
Discount for Residential and Civic Leaseholders on Outstanding Ground Rent Repayment of Outstanding Ground Rent by Discount
31 January 2022 5%
28 February 2022 4%
31 March 2022 3%
30 April 2022 2%

Discount for commercial leases is provided at one percent of the outstanding ground rent that
will also conclude on 30 April 2022.

To apply for the discount, applicants are requested to complete the application form at https://www.housing.com.fj/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Application-for-Discount-on-GroundRent-Customers.docx and return the form to the nearest Housing Authority office or email completed form with documentation at info@housing.com.fj.
