The Housing Authority hereby advises the public that a list of applicants has been provisionally selected for the Wainibuku & Mokosoi lots. These applicants were shortlisted in accordance with the Housing Authority’s Allocation Policy, based on the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be a first-time homeowner
• Must be a Fijian citizen
• Must have a combined annual household income below $50,024.00
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Objection Process

Members of the public are invited to submit objections against any provisionally selected applicant only where there is a reasonable belief that the applicant does not meet the stated eligibility criteria. All objections should be supported by relevant evidence, where available.

Please note that inclusion on this list does not guarantee final allocation. All provisionally selected applicants will be subjected to the objection process prior to inclusion in the final barrel draw.

Note: The order of applicants listed is random and not in order.

How to Submit an Objection

Please submit your objection letter, along with all relevant supporting evidence, via email to Objection-InformalSettlers@housing.com.fj no later than 4:30 pm on Saturday 20 June 2026.

Kindly ensure that the email subject line clearly states the Principal Applicant’s number and full name to facilitate proper identification and processing.

What Happens Next?

Applicants for whom no objections are received by the stated deadline will advance to the final selection stage. This stage will involve a transparent barrel draw to allocate one of the 15 available vacant lots in Wainibuku and Mokosoi.
