The Housing Authority is pleased to announce the provisional selection of applicants for our Covata residential lots in Labasa. These applicants were selected based on our Lot Allocation Policy criteria:
• First-time home owner;
• Fijian citizen;
• Combined annual household income below $50,000;
• Ability to purchase the land and build a house; and
• Above 18 years of age

Objection Process
Housing Authority invites the public to submit objections to any of the provisional applicants listed below if they believe the applicant(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria. Objections must be based on the listed Lot Allocation Policy criteria and supported by evidence (if available). The
provisional selection of applicants means they will go through the objection process before they enter the final barrel draw. The barrel draw takes place as there are only 103 residential lots and a greater number of successful provisional applicants. Click on link below for the List of Provisional Applicants.

How to Submit an Objection?
• Email your objection letter with supporting evidence (if any) to objections-covata@housing.com.fj by 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
• In the email subject line, include the Principal Applicants Application number and Applicants Name(s) (e.g. 21 & JOHN DOE).
