The Housing Authority has extended its insurance claim deadline by a further two weeks to allow home loan account customers time to lodge their damage claims.

Housing Authority of Fiji chief executive officer Alipate Naiorosui said, “Tropical Cyclone Evan struck on 17th December, 2012 and property damage claims as per the provisions of the insurance cover are lodged within 30 days which ended yesterday and has been extended to 31st January, 2013”.
